Our Thanks to the Gustav Levinschi Foundation
On December 4th, a meeting took place at the Marcelle-Lacoste Room in appreciation of the 20-year loyal partnership of the Gustav Levinschi Foundation’s with the CHU Sainte-Justine. The Foundation plays an important role in promoting advanced training of Sainte-Justine’s nursing personnel by offering bursaries.

Thanks to these bursaries, winners acquire additional knowledge and expertise in their field. With this high-skill training, nurses are able to increase the quality and effectiveness of the care given, based on significant research results and contribute to the training of new generations of workers in their field. At the end of the day, they making a real difference in the everyday life of the mothers and children who are our patients. Since the program was created in 1999, more than 20 nurses have been awarded a bursary by the Gustav Levinschi Foundation.

We wish to thank the Gustav Levinschi Foundation for promoting the continuous training of nursing personnel. We also wish to thank everyone who wished to further their knowledge and sent in their application. We wish to acknowledge your determination and your will to expand your knowledge!

Hacker, President of the Gustav Levinschi Foundation, Norman Hacker, Vice President of the Gustav Levinschi Foundation, Anita David, Secretary-Treasurer of the Gustav Levinschi Foundation, Khiem Dao, Executive Director of the CHU Sainte-Justine, Anièle Lecoq, President and Executive Director of the Sainte-Justine Hospital Foundation, Sophie Baillargeon, Director of Major and Planned Gifts for the Sainte-Justine Hospital Foundation, Angèle Saint-Jacques, Directrice des soins infirmiers, de la qualité et des risques of the CHU Sainte-Justine, the members of the Bursary Evaluation Committee and also 21 nurses that has been awarded bursaries for graduate studies from the Gustav Levinschi Foundation.
